Flagship Global Health is a health services company that provides its members with access to leading medical specialists around the globe.

Their offering was highly fragmented and needed better positioning and branding.

Getting The Story Right

We helped redefine the product offering and established a branding strategy to clearly define each product.  

We re-named the product lines Emergency Care Direct™ and Specialist Care Direct™; developed a new website and marketing collateral to support the new message and brand; and provided strategic input for member communications including newsletters, membership guides and user guides.

Telling the Story Well

Once the product was established we worked with the organization on media announcements, investor relations and key corporate sales. In essence we acted as their virtual marketing department.
